The Gallagher Estate Mansion and Garage project is located at Cranbury Park in Norwalk, Connecticut. The historic estate is currently undergoing abatement and demolition activities as part of site redevelopment efforts. Oscar’s Abatement LLC was contracted to perform hazardous material removals, selective demolition, and mass building demolition within the estate structures.

The project scope includes interior and exterior abatement activities involving the removal of asbestos-containing and other hazardous materials throughout the mansion and garage. Following the completion of abatement activities, controlled demolition of designated structural components is performed in preparation for redevelopment of the site.

The primary goal of this project is the safe removal of hazardous materials prior to demolition while maintaining compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Due to the historic nature of the site and surrounding park infrastructure, work is carefully coordinated to minimize impact to the property while ensuring all procedures meet state and municipal regulatory requirements.
